Fallout Lunge / Round Kick - 20 Reps Per Side
Oblique Flutter Crunches - 30 Seconds Per Side
Banded Plank Jacks - 45 Seconds
Banded Supine Scissor Crunches - 15 Each Side
Do 2 - 4 circuits or however many time allows for. 1 Circuit = 11 Minutes
